What you share

When you apply or contact us, we collect the business and contact details you provide, your service area, stated business problem, estimated inquiry volume, capacity, follow-up responsibility, and preferred demand route. Please don’t put bank statements, passwords, patient information, or other sensitive records in this application.

Why we use it

We use your information to review your request, prepare and conduct a conversation, evaluate service fit, and manage related business follow-up. Submitting a request authorizes contact about that request; it does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing, activate a trial, or authorize automated promotional calls or texts.

Attribution and site behaviour

The application records its submission identifier, date, landing-page URL, campaign parameters, and referring website origin when available. These help connect your request to the relevant campaign. Don’t include sensitive details in URLs. This site does not install advertising pixels or nonessential tracking cookies. Service providers may keep operational logs for reliability and security.

Our existing business systems

Application information goes into Kubera’s existing private intake and CRM systems, hosted using Supabase. Website hosting is intended for DigitalOcean. Authorized team members review requests. We use service providers as needed to host, operate, secure, and communicate about our services. This intake does not sell your application details.

Booking is a separate step

Our booking link takes you to Google Calendar. Google processes information submitted there under its own privacy terms. Sending this application does not by itself reserve a calendar appointment.

Retention and your requests

We keep information as needed for the request, ongoing business relationships, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where obligations require it.

Other websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice as services change, with the effective date shown here. Client delivery engagements may require additional data-processing terms before access is granted.
